Terms of Service (Short)

By using Pincraft, you agree to these terms.

1) Service

Pincraft helps you generate Pin creatives from your Etsy listings and publish/schedule Pins to your Pinterest account when you connect via OAuth.

2) No autoposting

Publishing occurs only when you explicitly confirm. We may apply rate limits and safeguards to prevent spam.

3) Your content and rights

You represent that you own or have permission to use any content you publish. You are responsible for compliance with Etsy and Pinterest policies.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pincraft to:

• spam or automate abusive posting
• violate intellectual property rights
• distribute illegal or harmful content

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse.

5) Availability and changes

The service may change or be interrupted. Features may be modified during early access.

6) Limitation of liability

Pincraft is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits.
