Pincraft ("we", "us") provides tools that help Etsy sellers generate Pinterest-ready Pin creatives from their Etsy listings and publish or schedule Pins to their own Pinterest account.

2) What we collect

We collect only what's needed to operate the service:

A. Waitlist information

• Email address
• Signup timestamp and basic attribution (e.g., referral or UTM parameters, if present)

B. Etsy listing data you provide

When you paste an Etsy listing URL, we process the URL and may extract:

• Listing images (primary and selected secondary images)
• Listing title and description text
• Price text (when available)

We use this data to generate Pin images and suggested copy. We do not sell Etsy listing data.

C. Generated content

• Generated Pin images (2:3 creatives)
• Generated titles and descriptions
• Template identifiers and generation metadata (e.g., which template was used)

D. Pinterest OAuth data (when you connect Pinterest)

If you connect a Pinterest account, we may store:

• OAuth access token (and refresh token if applicable)
• Token expiration data and granted permissions/scopes

Tokens are used only to publish/schedule Pins on your behalf after you confirm.

E. Technical logs

• Request IDs, error logs, and performance timings (e.g., scrape/render/publish duration)
• Device/browser info may be collected for debugging and security

F. Cookies

We may use essential cookies for basic site functionality. If we use analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate controls where required.

3) How we use your information

• Provide the service (generate Pin creatives and suggested copy from your Etsy listing)
• Connect to Pinterest via OAuth and publish/schedule Pins only after your confirmation
• Prevent abuse (rate limiting, fraud detection, enforcing acceptable use)
• Provide support and communicate about early access (waitlist)
• Improve reliability and product quality

4) Sharing and third parties

We share data only with service providers needed to run Pincraft, such as:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers
• Email delivery provider (for waitlist emails)
• Pinterest (when you choose to connect and publish/schedule through the API)

We do not sell your personal information.

5) Content rights and responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you own or have the necessary rights to any images, text, or materials you publish. Pincraft is a tool that helps repurpose your own listing assets; it does not grant rights to third-party content. We may suspend access to prevent abusive or spam behavior.

6) Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data, including:

• Storing secrets and tokens server-side only
• Encrypting sensitive credentials at rest where applicable
• Limiting internal access to operational needs

7) Data retention

We retain data only as long as needed:

• Waitlist email: until you unsubscribe or we no longer need it for early access communications
• Generated Pins and metadata: retained for a limited period (e.g., 30 days) unless you request deletion
• Pinterest tokens: retained while your connection is active; removed when you revoke access or request deletion

8) Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. You can:

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time
• Request deletion by contacting support@getpincraft.com

9) How to revoke Pinterest access

You can revoke Pincraft's access at any time from your Pinterest account settings. After revocation, we will no longer be able to publish or schedule Pins on your behalf.

10) International transfers

If you access Pincraft from outside the country where our infrastructure is located, your information may be processed internationally. We apply reasonable protections consistent with this policy.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
